Indices are generated only for market–sector combinations with enough leasing activity to support stable, quality-adjusted estimation. The system evaluates each market based on data volume, consistency over time, and the ability to apply location-level quality controls. This logic is built directly into the estimation pipeline: markets are not manually selected, but included automatically when they meet minimum data thresholds. As a result, coverage may vary by sector, ensuring every index shown reflects real market movement rather than noise from sparse or uneven data.
